WAYS is offering Friends Growth Program, Still Surviving Adolescence, Anger Awareness, On Your Own and Parent Group.  Details are listed below:

Friends_Growth Program_2010    pdf

What:  To manage and prevent anxiety and depression by teaching youth practical skills and strategies for coping with stress, worry, fear and sadness.
When:  Thursdays, February 25th, - May 20th, 2010; 3:30pm - 5:00pm
Where:  Craigwood Youth Services, 520 Hamilton Road, London
Who:  12 to 15 year old males and females (Parent/guardians are encouraged to attend two information sessions February 25th and May 20th)

Surviving_Adolescence_Winter_2010      pdf

What: To help youth learn more about handling stress, positive self care and allow them to be able to express their mind.
When: Mondays for 8 weeks starting February 8th, 2010 through to April 19th, 2010; 4:15pm - 5:30pm 
Where: 372 Maitland Street, London (in the annex at the back of the house)
Who: 14 to 17 year old males and females

Anger_Awareness_Spring_2010     pdf

What: To assist youth to learn more about the thoughts, feelings and action connection, to examine ineffective anger responses; to practice and learn more productive ways to cope with anger; to become more skillful in relating to others.  
When:  Tuesday's, April 27th - June 15th, 2010 - 4:15 - 5:30 p.m.
            Interviews will be held on Tuesday April 20th, 2010
